An OTP (One Time Password) or verification code is a code used to verify or authorise your mobile number or email ID when you log into your GoBazar store account for the first time.

OTP verification will be also be done in other cases like creating an account, password recovery, and updating email/mobile details.

What should I do if I don't get the OTP or verification code?

Sometimes, SMS messages may be delayed by a few minutes because of network issues. You can regenerate the code through the ‘Resend Code’ option. You can also contact our customer support.

Purchase Order

How can I place an order?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  • Please Go to GoBazar store Website.
  • Select the product you like to Purchase
  • Add products to your cart
  • Choose or ‘Add delivery address’. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.
  • GoBazar store usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support.
  • You can also place your order through Face book / Instagram.

Order Confirmation Process.

  • An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you have successfully placed your order. We will also let you know as soon as GoBazar store picks the order from the vendors and ship the item(s) to you.

What should I do if I don't get the invoice for my order?

  • Vendors send a hard copy of the VAT/PAN invoice in the shipments. If you didn’t get the invoice with the order. You can contact our Customer Support Team.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • GoBazar store generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page inside valley. Business days exclude public holidays and Saturdays.

Payment Methods

How can I pay for a product purchase?

GoBazar store offers you multiple payment methods. You can select cash on delivery option, POS Swipe, IME Pay, e-sewa, Cell Pay option for the payment.

What is Cash on Delivery or POS Machine payment?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on, you can choose for the Cash on Delivery payment method instead. With C-O-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Payment should be done only Nepali Rupees. You can choose POS Machine payment via debit/credit card.

How can I pay using e-sewa/IME Pay/Cell Pay option?

After you select the product you want to purchase select e-sewa/IME Pay/Cell Pay as a payment option, it will redirect you to the payment gateway page.

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?

GoBazar store will not accept the return after the return period. You can get in touch with the brand or an authorized service center of the brand to claim the warranty for your product (wherever applicable).

If the product has warranty and the issue arises within warranty period GoBazar store will connect you with service partner. ( Terms & Conditions applicable).

How can I return an item?

To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Fill in the details and attach the evidence.
  4. Choose Request Return.

What is the pickup process?

Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to ship the item back to the vendors.

I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

GoBazar store’s policies don’t support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly. You can refer to Returns policy.

Can I change the address for the pick-up the of item(s) in my order?

If the pin code of the new address is serviceable for pick-up, the address can be changed while creating the return. The address cannot be changed in case the new address is not serviceable.

Refund Process

When are refunds given?

Refunds are given when:

  1. i) The vendors cannot provide a replacement.
    ii) Vendors allow refunds on select categories under certain conditions.

How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for with Cash on Delivery?

For your ‘Cash on Delivery order, you will receive the refund in bank deposit.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

The different refund modes available are:

  1. Back to source – The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
  2. Bank Deposit – available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible.

How can I know the status of my refund?

You can visit ‘My Orders’ to know the status of your refund.

For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. Refund will be processed as soon as the Logistic team confirms the return of the item(s) and the item(s) is Quality Check Passes.

I have not received the refund in my bank account yet.

Out of some rare cases the amount not being credited by the date promised. You can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.

If mentioned in the sales package the wall mount for your television will be in the box. However, in some cases, the wall mount, if applicable for the model, will be with the installation team.

You can claim the warranty for your product by using the invoice at any authorized service center of the brand.

From when is the warranty for my product applicable?

The warranty for your product starts from the date mentioned on the vendors’s invoice.

Will warranty be applicable for my product since I bought it online?

At GoBazar store, all our vendors offer products from authorized vendors or brands directly and are 100% genuine. Rest assured, products will have the applicable warranty from brands as confirmed on the product page.

How can I get my product serviced?

For a warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, information included in packaging and proof of purchase from GoBazar (invoice). Our customer service team will assist you for getting your product repair with our vendors.

Do I need to pay for repairs?

If your product is facing some mechanical or electrical issue and your product is in warranty period then there will be and repairing cost until there is any physical damage to a product.

If your product needs repairs after post warranty period or in physical damage condition then customer have to bear repair cost.
